Our Kitchen Garden
Each year we have developed our garden and adapted it to our needs. As we discover what we are capable of growing and utilising.
The idea is that we can touch as many plates as possible!
Summer 2026
During the Summer of 2025 for Three months we managed to touch all Ten dishes on our menu.
We are still using what we preserved from last year four months into 2026
For 2026 we have planted
Nasturtiums, Marigolds, Bronze Fennel, Cherry tomatoes, Beef Tomatoes, Yellow & Green Courgettes, Figs, Thyme, Lovage, Kale, Cavolo Nero, Wasabi, Shiso, Mint, Kohlrabi, Wild Strawberries, Variegated Kale, Chives
